Beat the Wheat, located in Huntsville, ON and co-founded by Stephanie Dunn and Adam Palubiski, offers fresh, gourmet gluten-free pasta (made with no additives or preservatives) that EVERYONE can enjoy!

Stephanie and Adam started Beat the Wheat in March 2010, after great success at the Muskoka Natural Food Market. With Adam's background of being a pasta chef at one of the top rated restaurants in Whistler, B.C. he has had ample experience and a solid background working with fresh pasta.

Beat the Wheat offers gluten-free pasta in many forms, including tagliatelli, spaghetti and pasta sheets for lasagna, ravioli, cannelloni or stuffed pasta. Beat the Wheat pastas make for a quick and easy meal that cooks in a fraction of the time of dried pasta. Try a bite... you won't believe its gluten-free!

Beat the Wheat now also supplies their fresh, gluten-free pasta to some of the top resorts in and around Muskoka, including Deerhurst Resort and Delta Grandview. Beat the Wheat products can also be found throughout a variety of stores in and around the Muskoka area including: Wheat Free Delights in Huntsville, The Natural Food Market in Bracebridge, Robinson's General Store in Dorset, The Great Vine in Huntsville, and Bearfoot Gourmet in Baysville.

During the summer months, Adam and Stephanie can also be found selling their fresh pasta at the Gravenhurst, Huntsville and Bracebridge farmers’ markets.
