Enjoy a Muskokan Summer with a Refreshing, Local Pint

Interested in that refreshing ice cold, Northern taste? Lake of Bays Brewing Company is the newest craft addition to Muskoka. Situated only a few hundred metres from the town docks in Baysville on highway 117, Lake of Bays’ facility is in a brand-new building equipped with large windows for public viewing, high ceilings, and tons of natural lighting. Bottles and kegs of their freshly-made brews can be purchased at the retail store in the entrance of their brewery or at local LCBO and Beer Stores.

The grand opening took place in May 2010 with the release of their Pale Ale. Their seasonal winter flavour is a Mocha Porter that combines the great taste of beer; smooth, revitalizing coffee; chocolate goodness; and a touch of roasted barley.
Now prepare yourself for their brand new Rousse Red Ale, Quebecois-style! Naturally red in colour from carefully brewed ingredients, you won’t be disappointed by this dark and flavourful beer. Using dark crystal and roasted malts with spicy, earthly hops, the flavour is well-balanced with a stimulating taste. Drop by the brewery for a taste or pick up a whole case!
